1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During peak periods, including holidays and sales, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Destinations and Estimated Delivery Times

United States  Delivery times vary by product. Items fulfilled from a U.S. supplier: estimated 3 to 7 business days after processing. Items fulfilled from an international supplier: estimated 7 to 14 business days after processing. Check the individual product page for the estimated delivery window specific to that item.

Canada Estimated delivery is 11 to 14 business days after processing.

United Kingdom Estimated delivery is 9 to 12 business days after processing.

Australia Estimated delivery is 11 to 14 business days after processing.

Other International Destinations Delivery times vary by country and carrier, typically 10 to 20 business days after processing.

Important: Product listings may show a more precise estimated delivery window. These are estimates only — carrier delays, customs inspections, and local conditions may affect actual delivery time.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. Any available free shipping offers or promotions will be clearly displayed on the website and at checkout. Taxes, customs duties, and import fees for international orders are not included in the product price and may be charged by your local customs office.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments outside the United States, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and related charges imposed by your country. These fees are not controlled by Ascencion Gear and are not included in your order total at checkout.


5. Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving the tracking email for the tracking link to update.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Items

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • If a package is confirmed lost or delivered to the wrong address due to our error or the carrier's error, we will reship your order or issue a refund.
  • If part of your order is missing upon delivery, contact us within 7 days with photos of the package and contents. We will reship the missing items or issue a refund where appropriate.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to update the address before the order ships. Ascencion Gear is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
