At Ascencion Gear, we stand behind every order. If something goes wrong, we will work with you to make it right.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. To be eligible, items should be in their original condition and packaging, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We may ask for photo or video proof to help us assess the issue.


2. Refunds and Replacements

We offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • Items damaged upon delivery, reported within 30 days with photo or video proof
  • Incorrect or missing items in your order, with photo or video proof
  • Orders that do not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe for your country, after we have investigated with the carrier

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Refund the full purchase price of the affected item or items
  • Reship the affected item or items at no additional cost
  • Offer store credit for a future purchase

3. Do I Need to Ship Items Back?

In many cases of damage, defect, or wrong item sent, you are not required to ship the item back. We will let you know if a return shipment is needed after we review your photos and explanation.

If we do ask you to return an item:

  • We will provide the correct return address and instructions by email
  • In most cases where the issue is our fault, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs
  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video of the item and packaging

5. Processing Your Refund

Once your refund is approved:

  • We will process it within 5 to 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund

6. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and final-sale items clearly marked as such at checkout are not eligible for refund unless they arrive damaged or defective
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is used, missing parts, or not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error
